Headquartered in Mason, Ohio, we also maintain support offices in Miamisburg, Ohio.
- Provided remote support for Synchrony Financials work from home employees as well as supported and built the Desktop Support Team SharePoint. Hands and feet for the local business center data center. Previously worked this position under Robert Half, was invited to come back by the program management due to the quality of work and level of customer service skills shown. Also, the primary support contact for Synchrony Financial regarding remote user issues.
